Christopher Saxon

Christopher Saxon is a Company Director and Senior Advisor currently serving as the Chair of HMC Capital Limited, an ASX-listed alternative asset manager. Appointed to the Board in September 2019 and to the Chair role in January 2021, Christopher leads the Remuneration and Nomination Sub-Committee and is a member of the Investment Committee. Additionally, they are engaged by NSW Treasury as the Lead Negotiator for the Government's Toll reform project and hold several board positions with early-stage companies and charities. Previously, Christopher was a Principal and Senior Partner at Baker McKenzie, where they served as National Chairman from 2012 to 2017 and advised on significant mergers and acquisitions across various sectors. Christopher is currently pursuing degrees in Economics and Law at the University of Sydney.
