Stacey Caywood is the CEO of Wolters Kluwer Health, a global leading provider of trusted clinical technology and evidence-based solutions that engage clinicians, patients, researchers, students, and the next generation of healthcare providers. The division operates globally, with 2,600 employees and 2021 revenue of €1,234 million.

Stacey is also CEO of the Health Learning, Research & Practice business, providing trusted solutions and resources for clinicians, research professionals, and healthcare educators and students. In 2021, Ms. Caywood received a Bronze Stevie® Award in the category of Female Executive of the Year – Business Products in recognition of her leadership while navigating the healthcare markets and piloting a workforce to support the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Previously, she was CEO of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory, which has operations in Europe, the United States, and Asia Pacific, with over 4,000 employees and 2019 revenue of €945 million. As CEO of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory, Ms. Caywood has led the transformation of Wolters Kluwer’s legal and regulatory business to meet changing customer needs, with a focus on serving professionals with innovative solutions that help them be more productive, strengthen client relationships and deliver higher value services. Under her leadership, the business has expanded its legal software and digital solutions by accelerating new product development, investing in transformative new technologies and creating a culture of innovation and customer collaboration across the division. She has also led the strategic acquisition of business lines to further extend Wolters Kluwer’s solutions in meeting customers’ needs.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Caywood was President and CEO of Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, where she led the creation of a customer-focused business organization and strategy and drove the unit's transition from publisher to leading provider of specialized electronic information and solutions. Prior to that, she was Vice President of the Wolters Kluwer Law & Business Legal Professional Group, where she helped drive strong growth through the introduction of new electronic products.

Stacey Caywood earned an MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, and holds a bachelor's degree from Tufts University, Medford, MA.
