Asuman Guran

Asuman Guran is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in community interpretation and marketing. Currently serving as a Community Interpreter at Halton Multicultural Council Inc since January 2021, Asuman previously held the position of Digital Marketing Director at sohoConcept from September 2018 to September 2020, overseeing digital advertising and marketing communications. Prior to that role, Asuman was the Marketing Director at Burgundy Home Decor from November 2015 to August 2018, managing marketing communications for multiple store locations. Asuman's career began in human resources management at Defne Saglik Inc. (Private Ilgi Hospital), where responsibilities included overseeing three hospitals and two ICU sections from September 2007 to August 2015. Asuman holds a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature Teaching from Istanbul University, along with multiple diplomas and certificates in advertising, marketing, and teaching English as a second language.
