Robert Burns serves as an Estimator at H&M Company, Inc. since January 2022. Robert’s extensive experience in engineering includes serving as a Senior Technical Engineer NCO with the Tennessee Army National Guard from March 2004 until retirement in May 2024, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing construction site development, conducting quality control, and performing technical investigations and surveys. Robert began the professional journey as a Field/Lab Technician at CML - Construction Materials Lab (2006-2010). Educational achievements include a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Austin Peay State University (2020), a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Development from Bethel University (2015), and an Associate's degree in General Technology from Jackson State Community College (2013), among others.
