Anssi Rönnemaa

Anssi has been leading Finance and Control teams the world over, in mobile sales and marketing, across many growth, restructuring and acquisition projects. This includes both emerging and developed markets in the field and corporate. He was recently Director of Finance for Microsoft Mobile Devices Sales Asia, China, India, Middle East and Africa. Before moving to emerging markets he was leading global Nokia Pricing strategy and Commercial operations in Espoo during the time Nokia made all time high global market share.

He has led many multicultural teams, and appreciates the fast pace of the mobile phone industry. Inspired by team achievements when the going gets tough, Anssi loves a 360 view of a business finances to get the job done right. He believes in close collaboration with the leaders of a business to keep finance at the core of driving a company’s success. Anssi is also inspired by authentic leadership and leading by example.

When Anssi isn’t crunching numbers, he can be found outdoor activities with family or doing sports in running shoes or paddling with the SUP board.
