Jari Koljonen

Jari began his career at Nokia Legal in 1997, where he worked until April 2014. As his last job at Nokia, he led the team in the IMEA Region, providing the legal, intellectual property and government affairs support for the sales and marketing team in the region as well as for the Nokia factory operations in Chennai, India.

From there he moved to Microsoft, again leading the Legal and Corporate Affairs team in the IMEA and later GAMEA Region and global Feature Phone business for Microsoft Mobile Devices Sales group. He had also the role of Regional Compliance Director for India and MENA part of Office of Legal Compliance team at Microsoft Legal department before joining the HMD Global team as General Counsel.

When Jari isn’t busy working, his wife Ronda, their children and two dogs occupy most of his free time. When Jari has time completely to himself, he loves to play golf. He also enjoys other sports and reading.
