Juha Karjalainen

Juha Karjalainen has extensive experience in treasury and finance roles. Juha currently serves as the Head of Treasury at HMD Global since March 2019. Prior to this, they held the same position at TNS Mobile Oy from November 2016 to February 2019, where they were responsible for sales and distribution as part of the exclusive licensee of the Nokia brand.

Before joining TNS Mobile Oy, Juha worked as the Director of Customer Financing at Outotec from August 2014 to November 2016. Juha also had a brief stint as the Senior Manager of Treasury at Microsoft from April 2014 to August 2014.

With Nokia, Juha held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Treasury from July 2012 to April 2014, Manager of Customer Finance in the Middle East & Africa from May 2007 to July 2012, Manager of Structured Finance in Espoo from January 2007 to May 2007, Manager of Customer Finance in Asia Pacific from November 2003 to January 2007, and Specialist in Trade & Project Finance in Espoo from August 2000 to October 2003.

Juha Karjalainen obtained their Master's degree in Logistics and Accounting from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu between 1995 and 1999.
