Gerry De Young

As former President and Principal Land Planner at Ruth & Going, Gerry’s primary responsibility as Senior Land Development Manager at HMH is to represent clients in the Land Use Planning and Entitlement Process, including a variety of public meetings and workshops.

Gerry has managed projects including urban design studies, site utilization studies, and master plans, and conceptual project designs for governmental agencies. In his project management capacity, he has coordinated the efforts of architects, economists, real estate brokers, urban designers, and landscape architects.

His experience also includes urban and regional planning services, including urban design studies, master planning, infrastructure analysis, demographic survey design and analysis, development regulations review, and capital improvement programs preparations.
