Joey is the project lead for the Central Valley office location and has over 9 years of experience in designing a variety of civil engineering institutional projects. His design experience includes street geometric improvements, stormwater management, underground utilities, and site grading. He has experience working on a variety of both large and small-scale projects throughout the bay area including San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy.
