Rafat Gotta

Rafat Gotta is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management. Currently serving as Cluster General Manager at HMH - Hospitality Management Holding since April 2017, Rafat has held various leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including General Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) from July 2008 to April 2017, where roles included Hotel Manager, Director of Rooms, and Front Office Manager. Additional experience includes Front Office Manager at Kempinski Hotels and multiple managerial roles at Marriott International from 1999 to 2006. Rafat Gotta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotels Management from Applied Science University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
