Allison Flint Lenzi

Allison Flint Lenzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and travel incentives. Currently serving as the Director of Events and Incentives at 360insights since January 2024, Allison also holds the position of Director of Group Travel at HMI Performance Incentives since October 2021. Prior roles include Director of Product Development at Kensington Tours and various leadership positions at Collette, where responsibilities included quality assurance and pricing management. In the earlier career, Allison taught English in multiple international settings, coordinated events for organizations such as the Fashion Design Center Denver and the Ocean Journey Aquarium, and interned at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Responsible Tourism Management from the University of Greenwich.
