We are a group of skilled architectural designers and projects managers. Here at HMO Designers we design, coordinate, & manage the entire process for our clients so that they maximize their properties potential converting it into a house of multiple occupation.

In a typical model we coordinated and submitted the planning approvals, get building control sign off, and project manage the build. Typical properties can be former 3 bed family homes that we convert into luxurious 7 bed, all en suite HMO, for young professionals.

Get in contact with us today to see how we can maximize your properties potential. We are currently building the website which will be released in January 2023, please use the below links to contact us through our sister company @Incollectiveworks.
