Hilla Molayem

Hilla Molayem currently serves as Group Manager at hms - Strategic Financial IT, overseeing the Banking Service Bureau in Israel under TCS since 2019. Previously, Hilla held the position of Sr Information Systems Manager, where responsibilities included orchestrating the development of the first Israeli financial web platform and managing the design and implementation of The ONE ZERO - Digital Bank's core systems. Hilla's experience also includes a tenure as Systems Manager for the Mortgage Department at Bank of Jerusalem from 2012 to 2019, and roles as Product Manager and Project Manager/System Analyst at Aman Group between 2007 and 2014. Hilla holds an M.Sc. in Systems Engineering and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, both from Holon Institute of Technology.
