Heather Sacks

Heather Sacks has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving at HMS Insurance Associates, Inc. since November 2006. In addition to this role, Heather holds multiple leadership positions at Pets On Wheels, Inc., including Chair of the Board of Directors and Howard County Coordinator, focusing on volunteer support. Furthermore, Heather serves as a Board Member for Pets On Wheels of Maryland since June 2018 and has been the Howard & Montgomery County Coordinator and Board Chair for Pets on Wheels since May 2013. Heather Sacks is a graduate of Parkville High School, completing studies there from 1999 to 2003.
