Debra Knill

Debra Knill has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resource Manager at HMS Mfg. Co. since March 1999, where extensive analysis of policies and procedures is conducted and all HR functions are directed, including recruitment, hiring, benefits, compensation, and training. Prior to this role, Debra worked as an Administrative Assistant at Sofanou Inc. from 1997 to 1999, supporting the Human Resource and Accounting Departments while managing various administrative priorities. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Oakland University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
