Mira Jhaveri Winther

Mira Jhaveri Winther serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Corporate Communications at HMS Networks since October 2023. Prior to this, Mira held various leadership roles at Alfa Laval, including Vice President of Human Resources from August 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities encompassed Operations, Manufacturing, Global Sourcing, Parts, Distribution, and Logistics. Mira also served as Vice President HR and Head of HR Service Centers at Assa Abloy Entrance Systems for a brief period in 2017-2018. Other notable positions include HR Business Partner roles at Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S and in the Group Staff Functions, HR Manager for Alfa Laval India Ltd, and several HR positions at Sony Ericsson and the Swedish Employment Office, building a comprehensive career in human resources and organizational development since the year 2000.
