Thomas McKinney

Thomas McKinney has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Thomas is currently serving as the Director of Engineering Services, Support, and Partnerships at HMS Industrial Networks, where they focus on creating high-quality machine networking products. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Texas Instruments as a Senior Technical Sales Representative and Account Manager, where they were responsible for strategic account management and achieved annual revenues of approximately $20 million. Thomas also served as an Engineering Manager and Director, overseeing the development of software and ASIC products for the VoIP Product Group. Thomas has experience at other companies such as Engim, where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer, and Texas Instruments and AT&T, where they held roles as an ASIC Design and Verification Engineer and an FPGA Design and Applications Engineer, respectively.

Thomas McKinney attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Thomas then pursued further education at The University of Texas at Dallas from 1997 to 1999, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science.
