Troy D. Wallin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and companies. Troy D is currently serving as the Director of Operations at HMT Electric Inc. Since 2021. Prior to this role, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at SME Inc of Seattle as Vice President - Preconstruction.

Before joining SME Inc of Seattle, Troy held various positions at Unity Electric for almost a decade. From 2015 to 2019, they served as Vice President, where their responsibilities included business development, pre-construction, employee recruitment, service, and special projects. During this time, they successfully acquired large projects worth over $1MM through relationship building, lead generation, proposal generation, conceptual estimating, and contract negotiation. Moreover, they also assumed the role of Pre-Construction Manager at Unity Electric from 2010 to 2015, where they handled proposal generation, customer interaction, design assistance, estimating support, scope clarification, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and marketing responsibilities such as web design, print materials, community involvement, PR, and social media.

Prior to their tenure at Unity Electric, Troy worked as a Foreman at Unity Electric, LP from 2008 to 2010. Troy D started their career as the President of Cutting Edge Electric, LLC from 2004 to 2008.

Troy D Wallin attended Hopkins High School for an unknown period of time. Troy D then went on to study American Studies at the University of Minnesota from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they briefly attended the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1991.
