Pradip Desai

Pradip Desai, MIET, currently serves as the Lead Electrical Engineer in Power System and Design Engineering at H&MV Engineering since April 2024. Prior to this role, Pradip worked as a Senior Consulting Manager at Acelerex India Private Limited, focusing on energy consultation and the engineering and design of renewable energy solutions from December 2022 to April 2024. Pradip has extensive experience in power systems, having held positions at System Protection Electrical Engineers & Consultants as a Manager and Sr. Power System Engineer, where notable projects included power system study analysis and relay coordination for industrial plants. Earlier career experience includes being a Power System Engineer at Elcon Engineers Pvt. Ltd., where protective relay systems were a significant focus, and a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Arvalli Castor Derivatives Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, among others.
