Andé Peña

Andé Peña, MSW, Ed.D., serves as the Senior Director of Project Management at The HadaNou Collective, focusing on community-driven leadership and institutional sustainability since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Assistance Specialist at the Center for Applied Research Solutions, where technical support was provided to county health departments, and as Treatment Court Manager at the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, overseeing multiple treatment court teams and enhancing collaborative relationships among various stakeholders. Peña also directed Diversion & Re-Entry Services at La Familia Counseling Service, implementing initiatives aimed at reducing recidivism and improving mental health access for formerly incarcerated individuals. An extensive career in leadership and management is underscored by prior roles including Vice President/General Manager at United Textile Inc. and various positions at La Familia Counseling Service, all highlighting a commitment to social justice and community empowerment. Peña holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice and a Master’s in Social Work from California State University - East Bay.
