Loay Rihan

Loay Rihan has a diverse and extensive work experience starting from 2000. Loay currently works as the Director of Learning and Development at HNI - Human Network International since April 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Learning Development and Technical Development Sr. Manager at Bbusinesss. Loay also worked as an R&D Manager and Business Relationship Manager in the same company. Before that, Loay worked as a Trainer at Freelance Training & Consultancy. Loay gained experience as a Training & Development Specialist at Raya from 2008 to 2012. Loay's career started in 2000 as an Operation Executive at Pacific International Lines (PIL) Ltd. Loay then worked as an Administrator at Mechanical Engineers Group Company – MEGCO and DP World. Loay's early experience includes holding the position of Senior Sales Executive at Vodafone Egypt. Overall, Loay Rihan has a wide range of experience in learning and development, technical development, research and development, sales, training, and administration.

Loay Rihan completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a certification in Discovering Personality with Jordan B. Peterson from the Jordan B. Peterson Lab in 2023. Loay also holds certifications such as a Master Assessor in Occupational Testing from Profiles International (obtained in 2022), Certified ROI - Human Resources and Innovation from the ROI Institute, Inc (obtained in 2019), and a QA Certification from ILM (obtained in 2019). Furthermore, they hold certifications in Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (DISC) and Certified Professional Coach - ICF (International Coaching Federation) obtained in 2017.
