Dale Tetmeyer

Dale Tetmeyer is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in advanced manufacturing and project management. At HNI Corporation since June 2012, Dale has served as the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing project managers on large capital projects and exploring new manufacturing processes for wood case goods and worktops. Previously, Dale worked as a Senior Project Engineer, managing multi-million dollar capital improvement initiatives and serving as the MES solution architect for multiple manufacturing sites, including international operations. Prior experience at The HON Company included roles as Manufacturing Engineer II, where daily engineering support and process improvements were key responsibilities, and earlier positions as Group Lead and Manufacturing Engineer. Dale earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University in 2004.
