Kate Backous has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at HNI Corporation since October 2018, following roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to this, Kate worked at Parker and Lynch from August 2014 to September 2018 as an Executive Recruiter, specializing in the finance and accounting sectors in the Twin Cities. Kate began their professional career as an Account Manager at Robert Half Technology from March 2012 to February 2013, focusing on providing technology professionals for various projects. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loras College, earned between 2003 and 2007.
