Richard Carias

Richard Carias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, operations, and data analytics. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of the Procurement Center of Excellence at HNI Corporation since September 2011, Richard has leveraged a strong background in operations and data analytics to drive strategic initiatives. Prior roles at HNI include creating a data analytics team that emphasized continuous improvement and governance through Microsoft Power BI, and working as a Focus Factory Manager to facilitate the company's transition to an Oracle ERP system. Richard's career includes significant leadership positions in other organizations such as Ashley Industrial Molding, CPM Roskamp Champion, Lincoln Foodservice, and Teleflex Automotive. Richard holds an MBA in Business Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
