Angela Connell

Angela Connell, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a strong and extensive background in human resources. Angela is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at HNL Lab Medicine since June 2022. Previously, they held the position of Director of HR at Adept Packaging from October 2019 to June 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing HR functions for US and EU employees and subcontractors. In this role, they implemented HR strategies and managed various HR processes, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation analysis, conflict resolution, and policy development.

Prior to that, Angela was the President/Owner of Advantage HR Solutions from December 2012 to June 2022. Angela'scompany specialized in streamlining HR processes and providing exceptional support to client teams. Angela also worked as an HR Business Partner at Celestica from October 2016 to October 2019, where they managed HR and labor relations issues for multiple business units in different states.

Before their time at Celestica, Angela served as the HR Director at Lehigh Valley Media Group from December 2003 to November 2012. In this role, they oversaw HR operations and played a crucial role in various HR initiatives and practices.
