Cesar Velecina

Cesar Velecina, CPB, has extensive experience in the revenue cycle management sector, currently serving as a Billing System Analyst at Health Network Laboratories® since April 2010. In this role, Cesar supervises a team of over 30 employees handling various aspects of claims management and revenue processes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and third-party payer standards. Previously, Cesar held positions ranging from Senior Accounts Receivable Representative to Accounts Receivable Representative, demonstrating expertise in claim preparation and training in computerized billing systems. Prior to this, experience as a Technical Support Representative at T-Mobile provided a foundation in customer service and technical troubleshooting. Cesar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Albright College.
