Lisa W. Anthony

As Senior Executive, Health Systems Partnerships, Lisa Anthony is responsible for continuing the significant growth and geographical expansion of HNL Lab Medicine. She oversees the evaluation of partnership opportunities and strategies that include establishing joint ventures, laboratory management agreements, and laboratory acquisitions.

Beginning as a technologist for Lehigh Valley Health Network’s hospital laboratory, Lisa has held various progressive leadership positions as HNL Lab Medicine evolved. She implemented the Customer Care and Marketing divisions and launched the Flow Cytometry, Molecular Diagnostics, and Cytogenetics laboratories.

As Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Operations, Lisa merged the clinical and support divisions at HNL Lab Medicine. Through the provision of quality Laboratory testing, HNL Lab Medicine continued to grow, resulting in her team expanding to more than 900 dedicated employees. In 2015, Lisa championed the architecture and orchestrated the move to a 102,000 sq. Ft. laboratory. During this move and beyond, Lisa and her leadership team continued to provide excellent service to those patients and providers they serve by maintaining operations at multiple hospital-based testing laboratories, more than 55 Patient Centers, and a mobile phlebotomy service in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Laboratory Science at Penn State University, Lisa also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Organizational Management at Misericordia University. She is credentialed as a medical technologist and holds certification as a Diplomat in Laboratory Management from the American Society of Clinical Pathology.
