Don Owens

Don Owens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and patent law. As Chairman of HNO International since April 2010, Don Owens has focused on researching hydrogen energy technologies aimed at reducing emissions and enhancing fuel efficiency for internal combustion engines, contributing to the development of over a dozen US and international patents. Prior to this role, Don Owens served as President and CEO of Business Internet Systems from January 1988 to January 2013, where expertise in boutique custom accounting systems and automation technology played a crucial role during the early internet boom. Don Owens also worked at the U.S. Census Bureau from 1996 to 2008, leading initiatives in web and database optimization. Earlier career positions include Senior Patent Attorney at both Western Electric and Nokia Bell Labs. Don Owens holds a Juris Doctor in Patent Law from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
