Anas Alrawi

Anas Alrawi is a highly experienced professional in quality management and project oversight within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Project Manager and Quality III at HNTB since November 2023, Alrawi manages multimillion-dollar projects. Previously, Alrawi held the position of Quality Assurance Verification & Validation Oversight Manager for High-Speed Rail at Arcadis from April 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included establishing quality control procedures and overseeing design build verification processes. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Engineer at Skanska, Quality Control Manager at OHL North America, and other key positions at Construction Testing Services, Insight Environmental Engineering & Construction, Restaurant Design International, and MALCON Civils. Anas holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, as well as additional certifications in Project Management and Construction Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills and UCLA, respectively.
