Bill Brooks

Bill Brooks, P.E. serves as the Southeast Aviation Leader at HNTB, focusing on aviation consulting and project management. Bill co-founded and currently presides over Cornerstone Charter Academy, a high-performing K-12 charter school. Previously, Bill held various senior positions in engineering and management at firms like CDM Smith and ZHA Incorporated, and served as mayor of Belle Isle, Florida for five terms. Bill is also a past president of the Florida League of Mayors and has been involved with the Children's Tumor Foundation as a national board member. Bill earned their degree from The University of Alabama.
