Christopher Naylor is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in stormwater management and utility leadership. Currently serving as the Stormwater & Utilities Group Leader at HNTB since June 2017, Christopher has previously held the position of Senior Stormwater Management Engineer at TranSystems from April 2009 to June 2017. Additional experience includes membership on the Town of Arlington Conservation Commission from June 2011 to June 2014, as well as roles as Project Engineer at Nitsch Engineering and Senior Project Engineer at SEA Consultants. Christopher earned an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
