Darlene Parker

Darlene Parker currently serves as Associate Vice President and Deputy Project Manager for Contracts at HNTB, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Darlene was a Senior Procurement Specialist at HNTB Corporation from February 2016 to December 2021. Darlene's extensive experience in the field of transportation engineering includes a long tenure at the Georgia Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included managing the Transportation Services Procurement Section, negotiating contracts, overseeing utility preconstruction activities, reviewing construction claims, and conducting construction inspections. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering Technology from South Carolina State University, obtained in December 1985.
