David Bowling, PE, possesses extensive experience in engineering and education. Currently, as Engineer III at HNTB since May 2018, David contributes to the structures department and is part of the bridge inspection team, having previously held the position of Engineer II. Prior roles include Senior Inspector at Fountain of Life Worship Center and Youth Pastor, as well as a Teacher for 9th-11th Grade Mathematics in the Boone County Schools from August 2012 to May 2018. David's early career included co-op positions at the West Virginia Division of Highways, where responsibilities involved using GIS and GPS systems to map and inspect signage, in addition to data collection for statewide park and ride facilities. David earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and an A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Bridgemont Community and Technical College.
