Jacob Gardner

Jacob Gardner currently serves as the Right-of-Way Section Manager at HNTB, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Jacob held various roles at USI Consultants, Inc. from June 2002 to February 2025, including Right of Way Department Manager, Business Development Coordinator, Right of Way Land Agent, and Right of Way Engineering Technician. Jacob began a career in the industry as an intern at United Consulting Engineers in 1999. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University between 1997 and 2002 and completed further education at The Appraisal Institute and IRWA.
