James Starace

James Starace is a Vice President and Project Director at HNTB since June 2023. Prior to this, James served as the Chief Engineer at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey from April 1986 to January 2023. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering from State University of New York Maritime College and a Master of Engineering in Civil from Stevens Institute of Technology.
