Jeff Conrad

Jeff Conrad is an accomplished Organizational Development Manager at HNTB since April 2022, with extensive experience in training and development roles spanning over two decades. Previously, Jeff held the position of Professional Development Manager at Luster National and served in various capacities at the Georgia Department of Transportation, including Director of Training and Development, where responsibilities included managing large-scale training operations and formulating state and federal budgets. Jeff's early career includes roles as Staff Development/Training Coordinator II and District Training Officer. Additionally, Jeff co-managed WinShape Wilderness, facilitating team-building experiences. Jeff holds a Certified Public Manager designation from The University of Georgia and holds degrees in Psychology, Religion, and Religious Studies from Berry College and Young Harris College.
