Allie Montgomery

Allie Montgomery is a Learning and Development Specialist at HNTB since January 2025. Previously, Allie held the role of Marketing Communications Coordinator at Smith & Loveless Inc. from July 2023 to December 2024, and served as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at Missouri State University from January 2022 to May 2023. Allie gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Roeslein & Associates in 2022 and at HIVEMINDED Marketing in early 2021, as well as a Digital Marketing Intern at Cotton Cuts, LLC in mid-2021. Allie started in the industry as a Cashier/Sales Associate at SHOP AROUND THE CORNER from June 2019 to June 2021 and worked as a Marketing and Communications Intern for the City of Nixa from February to December 2020. Allie’s career began with a role as a Food Server at Cowan’s Restaurant from March 2017 to June 2019. Allie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Advertising and Promotions from Missouri State University and participated in an exchange program focusing on Marketing and Analytics at Rennes School of Business.
