John B.

John B. is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with a focus on transportation projects. Currently serving as Group Director, Department Manager, and Project Manager for the Highway Design Section at HNTB since October 2016, John has extensive experience in managing complex engineering and environmental studies. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager in the Major Projects Unit at the Illinois Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included coordinating consultant activities and managing large-scale studies with multimodal elements. Additionally, John served as Assistant University Traffic Engineer at Michigan State University and as an Engineering Technician at Soil and Materials Engineers, Inc. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, earned in 2009.
