Kelvin Kroeker

Kelvin Kroeker, PE, is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Vice President and El Paso Area Practice Leader at HNTB since February 2014. In this role, Kelvin focuses on client service, new opportunities, and supporting the El Paso location. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate and Project Manager at Huitt-Zollars, Inc., where responsibilities involved managing teams for complex infrastructure projects and developing client relationships. Kelvin also worked as a Lead Civil Engineer at BPLW Architects & Engineers, specializing in the site design of federal facilities. Earlier experience as a Civil Engineer at CSA Consulting Engineers included transportation engineering for various state and municipal projects. Kelvin holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
