Kevin Rice

Kevin Rice, PE, currently serves as the Transportation Section Manager at HNTB since March 2018, where Kevin also holds the title of Transportation Project Engineer and Team Leader. Prior to this role, Kevin Rice worked as a Highway Engineer at HDR from June 2014 to March 2018 and as a Civil Engineer at Eustace Engineering from July 2013 to June 2014. Kevin Rice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, completing the program in 2013.
