Nicholas Finch

Nicholas Finch is a seasoned professional in civil and environmental engineering with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at HNTB since April 2020, Nicholas previously held the role of Lead PD&E Project Manager at Patel, Greene & Associates, PLLC from October 2019 to April 2020. Nicholas's career began at the Federal Highway Administration, where roles included Associate Division Administrator for Project Delivery, Local Programs Engineer, Design and Construction Engineer, Area Engineer, and Highway Engineer (Environmental) from June 2003 to October 2019. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature, both from Virginia Tech, completed in 2003.
