Norm Schips

Norm Schips, PE, DBIA, currently serves as Senior Project Manager - Engineering at HNTB since May 2023. Prior to this role, Norm held the position of Albany Area Manager at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC, overseeing procurement initiatives and Design-Build proposals.
