Kira van Niel

Kira Van Niel, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. As the Founder and Co-Curator of Our Creative Retreats since January 2018, Kira has organized empowering gatherings for women focused on personal development and community engagement. At Boeing, Kira has held various roles since August 2007, including Senior Project Manager in Global Engineering, where strategic planning and talent acquisition initiatives are prioritized. Additional roles include overseeing External Technical Affiliations, managing complex engineering projects, and enhancing operational processes. Kira holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Elon University, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Howard University School of Business.
