Rob Lewis, PE, currently serves as Vice President at HNTB since August 2006, where responsibilities include being the Deputy Program Manager for GDOT’s Design-Build/P3 Program, managing the development and procurement of Design-Build and P3 Request for Proposals, and overseeing project delivery post-award. Lewis has successfully managed multiple significant roadway improvement projects in Cobb County funded through SPLOST, including the Barrett Parkway Thoroughfare, Windy Hill/Macland Road, and Callaway Road improvements.
