Tim Miller

Tim Miller is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in transportation initiatives. Currently serving as Sr. Project Manager and Senior Vice President at HNTB since July 2015, Tim leads the ProPEL Indy project aimed at modernizing I-65 and I-70 within I-465. Prior to this role, Tim was a Sr. Project Manager at Lochmueller Group, managing the I-69 Program Management Consultant and overseeing the I-69 Section 5 Environmental Impact Statement. Tim's background at HNTB includes roles as Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing Environmental Impact Statements and complex transportation projects in Indiana. Tim began a career in transportation at the Indiana Department of Transportation, conducting public meetings on various infrastructure projects. Tim holds a Master of Public Affairs in Public Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Administration from Indiana State University.
