Victor Vargas

Victor Vargas is a Senior Project Manager at HNTB since September 2021, bringing extensive experience from the Texas Department of Transportation, where Victor served as an Area Engineer for 25 years and held various roles in roadway construction, design, inspection, traffic, and operations. Victor earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing the degree in May 1996, and previously attended Midland College from August 1990 to December 1992.
