Xin Li, PhD, PE, is a Senior Technical Advisor at HNTB and an Associate Fellow, specializing in engineering and bridge projects. Previously, Xin worked as a Structural Engineer at WSP SELLS and contributed to research at Lehigh University's ATLSS center. Xin earned a PhD in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University and is currently a panel member for the NCHRP Project 22-64 with TRB's Cooperative Research Programs.
