HNW, based in the UAE 🇦🇪, helps governments navigate the complexity of public service transformation. We walk alongside leaders who want to deliver services that citizens can trust.

We partner with governments ready to challenge the status quo and rewrite the playbook for public service delivery. Through our focus on CX strategy, service design, capacity building and digital innovation, we help governments leap forward, transforming public services from bureaucratic to effortless and from frustrating to memorable.

We aim to be a catalyst for the next era of government services. Our mission is to empower leaders and institutions to design and deliver services that are human-centered, data-driven, and digitally powered.

Through our affiliation with Gov Design Academy, based in Canada 🇨🇦, we tap into a global network of researchers and subject matter experts to bring cutting-edge training and insights to leaders worldwide.

Our affiliation with XQual.ai, the digital solutions provider, we ensure governments have the technology to turn strategy into seamless service experiences.

Together, we bridge strategy, capability, and execution to help governments move from aspirations of trusted public services to measurable impact.
