Amos Bracero

Amos Bracero is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and program management. Currently serving as Sr. Program Manager-Real Estate at Hoag Hospital since July 2021, Amos oversees the daily operations of Class A Medical Office facilities and played a key role in the development of a major medical complex. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews, Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, and various managerial positions at CBRE, Thompson National Properties, Grubb & Ellis, Triple Net Properties, Landmark Asset Management, and Arden Realty, Inc. Throughout career, Amos has demonstrated expertise in managing significant portfolios, overseeing operations across multiple states, and successfully transitioning properties amid operational challenges. Education was completed at the University of Redlands.
