Gayathri Jith

Gayathri Jith, MPH, FACHE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Gayathri currently serves as the SVP of Hoag Clinic at Hoag Health System. Prior to this, they were the Co-Owner and Principal of The SG Jith Companies. Gayathri has also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at MultiCare Health System, overseeing perioperative operations and managing a team of direct and functional reports. Gayathri has experience in academia as an Adjunct Faculty and Preceptor at the University of Southern California, where they mentored executive MHA students. Gayathri has held leadership positions at prestigious institutions such as Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) and Valley Presbyterian Hospital, where they had oversight of clinical service lines, strategy, business development, and operations. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Administrative Director at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and held various roles, including Director of Patient Access & Revenue Cycle, Director of Physician Services & Business Development, and Manager of Corporate Compliance and HIPAA. Gayathri's work experience demonstrates their expertise in healthcare administration, strategy, operations, and leadership.

Gayathri Jith, MPH, FACHE holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Management & Policy from UCLA. Gayathri also has received White and Yellow Belts in Lean Six Sigma from The Council of Six Sigma in 2020. In 2010, they became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives after completing the program offered by the American College of Healthcare Executives. Gayathri Jith obtained their Bachelor's Degree from UC San Diego, majoring in Biochemistry & Cell Biology with a minor in Cognitive Science.
